Aduceti carnea la temperatura camerei inainte de a incepe gatitul. Puneti pieptul la prajit in tigaia rece, la foc moderat. Nu tineti pieptul la cuptor mult timp \u2013 \u201cfoarte bine facut\u201d nu este o optiune pentru pieptul de rata.
