Cum doar acolo vazusem &#8220;fructe de mare&#8221; proaspete, ne-am dus direct si am cumparat o frumusete de creveti si 2 caracatite proaspete.<\/p>\n<p>Ajunsi acasa, a sosit momentul sa imi &#8220;arat muschii&#8221; si la bucatarie, asa ca va prezint un making-of \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reteta salata de caracatita<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ingrediente:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> 1-2 caracatite proaspete<\/li>\n<li>1-2 lamai<\/li>\n<li>1 ceapa<\/li>\n<li>piper boabe<\/li>\n<li>boia iute<\/li>\n<li>sare<\/li>\n<li>zahar<\/li>\n<li>o legatura patrunjel<\/li>\n<li>1-2 catei de usturoi<\/li>\n<li>ulei masline<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Intr-o oala mare se pune apa la fiert impreuna cu ceapa taiata in doua, cateva boabe de piper, sare dupa gust, 1 lingurita de boia iute si o lingurita de zahar. Se ia jumatate de lamaie, se stoarce in apa si apoi se pune si aceasta la fiert. Se verifica daca e fiarta si apoi se lasa sa se &#8220;raceasca&#8221; o ora in apa in care a fiert.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.alinpopescu.eu\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/06\/P1010152.jpg\" data-rel=\"lightbox-image-2\" data-rl_title=\"\" data-rl_caption=\"\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-624\" title=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/www.alinpopescu.eu\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/06\/P1010152.jpg\" alt=\"P1010152\" width=\"640\" height=\"427\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Se scoate din apa si se pune in chiuveta, in sita de scurgere, lasand apa rece sa curga peste ea, pentru a-i da &#8220;textura&#8221; specifica.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.alinpopescu.eu\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/06\/P1010157.jpg\" data-rel=\"lightbox-image-3\" data-rl_title=\"\" data-rl_caption=\"\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-627\" title=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/www.alinpopescu.eu\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/06\/P1010157.jpg\" alt=\"P1010157\" width=\"640\" height=\"427\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Cat timp apa raceste caracatita, se curata usturoiul, se scoate miezul (cel care da arsurile la stomac de fapt), se taie cubulete mici si se pune de o parte.
